SHIPPING
INFORMATION FOR TRACKSIDE BRANDED PRODUCTS
Within
US & Canada*:
Shipping method is through United States Postal Service. To keep shipping
costs down we ship via First Class Mail to all United States and Canadian
addresses. The cost for shipping within the United States, Alaska, Hawaii
and Canada is noted in the chart below. If you require a different type
of shipping service, a request must be made to us in an email.
An additional shipping charge may apply for services other than standard
shipping method.
International:
Shipping method is through United States Air Mail. An additional
fee of $3.25 USD applies for all international shipping to cover customs form preparation an handling. Your order
invoice through Paypal will only show standard shipping cost. An additional
Paypal invoice will be sent to you and MUST be paid before item is shipped.
If you do not pay additional shipping charge within 7 days, your payment
will be refunded to your Paypal account and your order will be cancelled.
Shipping
Times**: In stock items nornally ship the following business
day. Because our shipping is sent via United States Mail Service, shipping
times will vary. Continental US shipments, on average, arrive before
or within 5-10 business days. International shipments arrive within
12-17 business days. If your package does not arrive within this amount
of time, please email

NOTE: Shipments to Canada are calculated at US costs, but delivery times
are likely to be the same as international shipments.
**NOTE:
Shipping times will vary due to seasonal Postal Service workloads, holidays,
security guidelines and other unforseen circumstances beyond our control.
We will do the best we can to accomodate our customers in the event
that a package is lost during shipping.
Returns:
A request must be made to us in an email.
Returns will be issued a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number.
This number must be added to the bottom of the return packaging. Items
returned in original packaging and condition will be issued a refund.
All return shipping charges are the buyers responsibility. Your refund
will be for the purchase price only. Refund processing time will vary
due to type of carrier service used to ship the item back to us. Refunds
WILL NOT be issued for sets containing used or broken screws.
Broken
Screws:
One free replacement screw for broken one (up to 3 screws total) will
be shipped free of charge. You must send us an email with the size,
color and type of the broken screw in order to receive a replacement.
The buyer will also need to include their shipping address for the replacements.
There will be no tracking information for your replacements and they
will be mailed via US First Class Mail. Please see our installation
hints section for ways to prevent damage to screws when installing them.
